I didn’t get any boosts, or change in energy etc. at all. I exercise daily, but didn’t feel any different after a month of using this…

The first thing to do is dispel some of the myths about these HGH sprays. These myths are mainly spread or exacerbated by makers of hgh releasers trying to convince people to buy their products instead. There are two main myths spread to claim these sprays have no human growth hormone activity or their effects are due to something else.
1. It is illegal to sell human growth hormone without prescription.
2.Studies have shown that HGH does not absorb sublingually(under the tongue). So the effects of these sprays which use this method of application cannot be due to the HGH in the spray but must be due to other things in the sprays.
Fist off it is legal to sell hgh without prescription in the small amounts present in these sprays.
Second, The studies on under tongue absorption involved massively larger amounts used for replacement therapy for people who have diseases and cannot make their own hgh. These studies were looking for an alternate route to injection and were mainly concerned with the fact that large amounts of HGH did not absorb well under the tongue. They did not pay attention as to if small amounts did absorb to a significant effect and these studies in no way imply that the small amounts of HGH in these sprays do not absorb well under the tongue.
I compared this to another HGH spray called Sytropin. The additional ingredients in Sytropin are totally different from Hgh renewal but it produces similar effects in an experimental program I have developed over the past few years. In this system breskdown products of HGH formed in the body cause metabolic effects that can be measured by indirect Calorimetry(measured oxygen consumption). This strongly argues that the HGH NOT the other things in the sprays are responsible for the effects. However the effects of HGH renewal are quite a bit more pronounced than Sytropin and it costs less than half as much per bottle. The main things these HGH sprays are likely to be useful for is helping to avoid muscle loss that goes with aging or weight loss diets. They might help a little with muscle building. They are not likely to help much with weight loss in the absence of other factors that are to detailed to go into here

This is the best oral hGH product on the market – period. However, just be warned, it takes about 5-7 days to really feel the effects (with the best effects coming on at about the 3 week and beyond). I found that the product works wonders with only 2 sprays twice per day (morning and evening) on a 12 week cycle (1-2 weeks off after this to allow your body to rebound and rest a little) – but your mileage may vary. ;o)
Personally, I do very intense weight training 3 times per week (Chest/Biceps, Back/Triceps, Legs/Shoulders – combined with cardio) and this has helped immensely in gaining strength in both concentric and eccentric lifts, over muscle growth (hypertrophy), and fast loss (works wonders for this). It also has many other good effects like increased vitality, increased skin elasticity and “glow”, increased mental concentration, increased sex drive, etc. etc. – all the things we associate with “Youth”. Basically, this product as close to real prescribed hGH that you can buy without a prescription.
One more thing: This is the best product “Always Young” makes in my opinion. I tried the “Workout” version, the “Advanced” version, and even the “IGF-1″ product – the “Original” blew those away hands down. So, my advice is to use this “Original” version over any other products they make. ;o)
